HR & Legal Officer - Bali (Canggu/Ubud/Denpasar)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolutions
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
• Assist in legal matters related to employment, including contract negotiations and terminations
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and legal compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in HR management or legal compliance is a plus
