📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Geely vehicles
• Provide expert knowledge on Geely's product range, features, and benefits
• Negotiate and close sales transactions, meeting or exceeding targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the wider automotive community
• Participate in dealership events, promotions, and marketing activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings
• Provide regular sales reports and contribute to team and individual performance reviews
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with Geely or similar brands
• Strong knowledge of Geely vehicles, their features, and market positioning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using sales management software such as Salesforce or similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with Indonesian automotive market and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
