In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat children from birth to adolescence. You will use evidence-based practices and the latest technology, including speech therapy software like Speech Language Therapy Software (SLTS) and Speech Analyzer, to develop personalized treatment plans. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with parents and educators to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's speech and language skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapy sessions to children, focusing on speech, language, and communication skills.
• Document and monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in pediatric speech and language pathology.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in speech and language pathology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric speech and language pathology.
• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) from the Indonesian Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ISLHA) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with speech therapy software like SLTS and Speech Analyzer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for early intervention and comprehensive treatment of children with speech and language disorders.
