As a Night Shift Front Desk Officer at High Livin Apartment Bandung, you’ll be the first point of contact for our residents and guests. Your daily tasks will include managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless stay for all our visitors. You’ll work closely with our team to maintain a high standard of service, using tools like our in-house Property Management System (PMS) and our guest communication platform.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing check-ins and check-outs for residents and guests.
• Handling guest inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with maintenance requests and coordinating with our maintenance team.
• Monitoring security and ensuring the safety of our community.
• Managing the front desk area, including cleaning and organizing.
• Assisting with event coordination and guest accommodations.
• Using our in-house Property Management System (PMS) and guest communication platform to streamline operations.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with PMS and guest communication platforms.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
