📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance protocols.
• Work with our team of engineers and technicians to improve system efficiency.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
• Monitor and maintain electrical systems, including generators, transformers, and distribution panels.
• Inspect and maintain mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and HVAC units.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Certification in electrical systems (e.g., NECA, NETA, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with marine and hospitality industry standards.
• Knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
