📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and innovation in the food service industry.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs, leveraging tools like Salesforce and SAP.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Assist in the development and delivery of sales training and development programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food service industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
