📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize logistical and manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic operational plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
