As an In-House Tailor at Lestari Industries, you'll be at the heart of our production process, collaborating with our design team to bring clients' visions to life. Using industry-standard tools like sewing machines, pattern-making software, and fabric testing equipment, you'll ensure every garment meets our stringent quality standards. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a creative yet structured environment, where your craftsmanship directly impacts the final product.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create and alter patterns using industry-standard software like Gerber Accumark and Lectra Modaris
- Cut, sew, and assemble garments with precision using high-quality fabrics and trims
- Perform garment finishing, including hemming, pressing, and quality checks
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure garments meet client specifications and brand standards
- Maintain and organize the tailoring workshop, keeping tools and materials in optimal condition
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the tailoring process
- Adhere to safety protocols and work instructions to ensure a safe working environment
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously improve craftsmanship
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment tailoring, preferably in a high-end or custom apparel setting
- Proven expertise in pattern making, cutting, sewing, and garment finishing
- Familiarity with industry-standard software like Gerber Accumark and Lectra Modaris
- Strong understanding of fabric types, properties, and care instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
