📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of residential projects.,Ensure that all construction work is carried out according to the company's standards and regulations.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Inspect and maintain the quality of construction work.,Manage project timelines and budgets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations.,Proficient in using construction management software.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the construction industry in Bali is a plus.
