Carsem is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RoHS Compliance Engineer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliance requirements, which are essential for our products to be sold in the European Union and other markets.

As a Senior RoHS Compliance Engineer, you will work closely with our design and production teams to identify and mitigate any potential RoHS compliance issues. You will also be responsible for conducting RoHS compliance testing and providing technical support to our customers and partners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Ensure that all products meet RoHS compliance requirements.
  • Work with design and production teams to identify and mitigate RoHS compliance issues.
  • Conduct RoHS compliance testing and provide technical support to customers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RoHS regulations and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement RoHS compliance training programs for employees.
  • Monitor and report on RoHS compliance performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with external RoHS compliance consultants and auditors.
  • Ensure that all documentation and reporting related to RoHS compliance is accurate and up-to-date.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in RoHS compliance, preferably in the electronics or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of RoHS regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with RoHS compliance testing and laboratory equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and other design tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
