In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our airfreight operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of airfreight operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking of shipments.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective airfreight services.,Monitor and analyze airfreight costs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards in airfreight operations.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless integration of airfreight services into overall business strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in airfreight management.,Represent People Profilers at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our professional profile and business relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in airfreight management or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of airfreight regulations, rates, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficient in using airfreight booking and tracking systems, as well as other relevant software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
