📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting in-store sales and promotions to drive revenue growth.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Stocking and merchandising products to create an appealing and organized store display.,Assisting with inventory management and ensuring accurate stock levels.,Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Promoting brand awareness and loyalty through effective sales techniques.,Maintaining a clean and well-organized retail environment.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and merchandising principles.,Willingness to travel and work in a remote location.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
