In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas to improve the restaurant's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with staff training and development.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
