📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the department meets its targets.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage budgets and resources effectively.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Attend team meetings and provide feedback and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
