📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
