Apotek Cahya Health Center is looking for an experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Manage and train staff to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked and that all inventory is accurately recorded and managed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using computer software and familiar with basic accounting and financial management.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
