📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and safety.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's vision and customer preferences.,Train and mentor sous chefs and junior kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients and supplies.,Collaborate with the executive chef to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor food costs and suggest cost-saving measures without compromising quality.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cuisines.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
