📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes and ensure that products meet the highest standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior QC staff to ensure consistent quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Provide leadership and guidance to the QC team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools.,Experience in inspecting and testing products to ensure compliance with standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
