📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure the quality and safety of all food products, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.,Develop and implement food preparation and cooking procedures to meet quality standards.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent food quality and service.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Ensure that all food preparation and cooking equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.,Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed and that the kitchen is maintained to a high standard.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
