Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts,Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires,Updating and maintaining recruitment databases and tracking systems,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall recruitment strategy🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
