📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Lead and coordinate HR projects and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
