In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with our management team to understand our business needs and ensure that our HR practices align with our organizational goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding, using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with the management team.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including data entry and report generation.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, including ATS, HRIS, and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Certification in HR Management (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus.
