📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and inventory specialists.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and inventory management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growing retail environment is a plus.
