📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.,Ensure the highest quality of food and service by maintaining strict standards and regulations.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and quality standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and ensuring high-quality food service.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in a remote location as required.
