📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize engineering processes for new and existing product models.
• Conduct process validation and verification activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on new processes and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in engineering processes.
• Ensure that all engineering processes are in line with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development and engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in process validation, verification, and control.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
• Familiarity with process simulation software, such as Aspen HYSYS or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel domestically as required.
