📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with existing customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the sales team to ensure that we are meeting our customers' expectations.
• Identify and address any issues or concerns that customers may have.
• Provide regular updates to the sales team on customer interactions and feedback.
• Participate in sales meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that we are providing our customers with the best possible solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve our sales targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
