Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all goals and objectives are met.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects and initiatives are completed successfully.,Maintain a safe and productive work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
