📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules using SAP PM and other industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure schedules are realistic and achievable.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities are aligned with operational goals.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on maintenance activities and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in maintenance scheduling.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance scheduling and related processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance scheduling or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP PM or other maintenance management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning and scheduling best practices.
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or similar is a plus.
