Agung Dewi Shop is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Kudus, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Support the company's growth by attracting and retaining top talent.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
