📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the telemarketing team, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in telemarketing and sales.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and feedback to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
