Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client visits, and networking.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.,Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and best practices.,Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and progress.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
